Production site in Botevgrad
The factory in Botevgrad was designed by a team of outstanding Bulgarian designers and built by prominent local and international companies under the consultancy and supervision of Chemgineering (Germany) including:
Building Management System (BMS)
Humidity Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC)
Clean Room Conditions in the Primary Production area Production Capacity
The packing line consists two blister machines and two cartoning machines:
1. A blister machine TR 135 and a cartoning machine A83, both produced by IMA, Italy. The packaging line's maximal speed is 230 blisters per min.
2. A blister machine B2140, and a cartoning machine C130, both produced by Uhlmann, Germany. The packaging line's maximal speed is 300 blisters per min
Both can pack uncoated and coated tablets as well as hard and soft gelatin capsules with different sizes and shapes.
Various types of lidding foils can be used e.g. aluminum, pvc, pvdc and different combinations.
The annual capacity of the plant running two shifts can reach 25 million blisters approximately.
